From box to fresh grass
These steps reflect the current wheatgrass kit. Keep the included packet nearby for the latest instructions.
Soak the wheatgrass seeds in cool water for 8–12 hours, then drain and rinse thoroughly.
Place the hemp mat over the insert, add 2½ cups of water and spread seeds evenly.
Fit the blackout cover for the first 3 days while the seeds begin to sprout.
Move the uncovered crop into normal indirect daylight and let the shoots turn green.
