Returns and refunds

FelineBoost is a cat wellness brand owned and operated by Fortuna Marketing, Inc. If you need help with a FelineBoost product, contact us at wecare@felineboost.com.

Unopened products

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the product price. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide return instructions. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Used products

Because FelineBoost products include live growing materials, used products and used product components cannot be returned. We are happy to help troubleshoot your growing experience; include a telephone number in your message if you would like us to call you.

Damaged, incorrect, or lost orders

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, or if tracking indicates a delivery problem, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
