Overview

FelineBoost is a cat wellness brand owned and operated by Fortuna Marketing, Inc. In these terms, “FelineBoost,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Fortuna Marketing, Inc. These terms govern your use of www.felineboost.com and purchases made through the FelineBoost store. Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc.

By using the site, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the security of any customer account you create.

Products and information

We work to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings can affect color and appearance. Product descriptions, availability, and prices may change without notice. We may correct errors or cancel an order affected by inaccurate information; if payment was collected for a canceled order, it will be refunded.

Orders, prices, and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance and payment can be processed. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown during checkout. We may limit quantities, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud or product unavailability.

Shipping and returns

Shipping options, charges, and delivery estimates are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and carrier delays may occur.

Permitted use

You may use the site only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest personal information, impersonate another person, violate another party’s rights, or use the site for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Intellectual property

The FelineBoost name, branding, site content, and product information are owned by or licensed to Fortuna Marketing, Inc. or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the site for personal shopping and information.

Third-party services and Shopify

Links or tools provided by third parties are governed by those parties’ terms and policies. FelineBoost is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the services. Sales made through this store are made directly with Fortuna Marketing, Inc., not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for products sold by FelineBoost.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify also processes information to provide and improve its platform as described in Shopify’s applicable privacy notices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fortuna Marketing, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products purchased through it.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. We may suspend access to the site when reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers, or legal rights. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the State of California, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
